Job Details
Responsibilities
You are responsible for the Compensation and benefits, participating in the forming of the reward strategy, advising on the compensation structure, advising on the hiring pay levels for new employees as well as pay reviews for promotions, etc. You are also managing the Performance Management Process, following up on the process and mechanisms. Any additional HR experiences or skills will be an asset.
Qualifications
You are a university graduate with a minimum of 3 years experience, all of which in either managing compensation & benefits or performance management in the above scope. You are fluent in English and computer. Ideally you worked on ERPs before (preferably SAP) and you have sound presentation skills
