Responsibilities
You are responsible for the people development, inclusive of TNA, skill gap analysis, creating & managing training plans & calendars. You will also be responsible for the recruitment of staff at all levels including technical staff.
Qualifications
You are a university graduate with a minimum of 5 years HR experience, at least the last 2 years in training & development. You manage training budgets and you have past experience in IMC support processes. You have sound report writing skills and you are capable of interviewing and advising on selection. Any past experience or skill in competence development programs would be an asset.
